While I was listening to this week’s Major Nelson Radio, he interviewed one of the lead designers on the sure to be Xbox Live – PC Hit Shadowrun. For all familar with Gears of War (everyone) you will know how Epic keeps saying Microsoft isn’t allowing a party based system in Gears because of Trueskill Matchmaking. Well it is now worthy to point out that Epic is lying. John Howard said they will have a party type system in the game. That will earn it a few more .1s on all review sites. Epic needs to stop lying and fix Gears, but hey let’s look at the positive. Shadowrun’s online multiplayer is going to be a blast and even better with the party system.
