As reported earlier that Shadowrun will be using a party system for online, although it will not be the TrueSkill matchmaking system. In an interview conducted by Xbox360Arcadians with Knuckles Dawson of FASA, who has actually had a chance to play Shadowrun attested to it being tossed by FASA (the creators of Shadowrun) because it didn’t allow friends to play together in ranked matches, and they have instead opted to create there own matchmaking system.
update: There have been some negative comments coming from the community targeted towards Gears of War and there use of the TrueSkill system, and it is obvious that they were focused on other aspects of the game, but refining the multiplayer system should have been high up on that list. It seems like Shadowrun is looking to gain a wider fan base by appealing with this new gimmick that not many of the more popular games have, lets hope its not exploited too much.

Really a very good game, almost too similar to gears of war but still a really good onlin 16 player shooter.

Shadowrun is the best but they should really have a rank like call of duty 4 kill and death ratio and leaderboards to see whos the best
