the way to fix it to press the (+) symbol 3 times then press the (-) 2 times then you throw it against the wall and if it quits working then you know its broken

Since i needed a second controller I thought I would buy the pack that has a controller and wireless mic. The controller worked great but the mic would not turn on or charge at all. I exchanged it 2 days later and the second mic wont take a charge or turn on either. Now I have to make another trip back to the store… ugh.

I am on the phone with them now, having this wireless headset for about a year or two. I told the guy exactly how i stood, told him everything i knew, I did'nt ask for a replacement, I said, $15 dollar discount and I'd go buy it myself, fine, I don't mind, free repair, anything. He talked to his supervisor about it, I told him there were a trillion people who have crappy mics, and he said "Cant do anything about it, but you can always send it in for a small $40 charge fee plus shipping and handling. I told him that Microsoft is just a giant money pig and that I am probably going to purchase a PS3 and throw my 360 out of the Window, Obviously I'm not, 360's are loads better. But I do plan on filing a complaint. ITS $15 FREAKING DOLLARS MICRO$OFT! To you thats like throwing a penny on the floor. To me, a teenager that mows lawns for money, thats some money you could be using to purchase somthing else. And yes, I am mad. I plan on buying another one, and possibly calling them back, speaking to the supervisor myself, and yelling at him. Or ask kindly for a refund for this trashy product, and send them the trash headset back. And trust me, I'd rather have a semi-fluent indian guy than a Black lady who wants me to replace the Double A batteries in my wireless mic.
