Ms. Pacman On Arcade Wednesdays

Announced today to continue the great week of CES news was that Ms. Pacman will release as apart of Xbox Live Arcade Wednesdays at 400 Microsoft Points Wednesday at 1:00 AM PST. This does not come as a surprise as the achievements were found earlier this week.

GAME FEATURES

  • Guide Ms. Pac-Man through mazes, munching Pac-Dots and Power Pellets to clear each stage
  • Remains true to the classic arcade version, including ghosts, dot chomping action, and Ms. Pac-Man’s “waka waka” original sounds
  • Full of hilarious antics as you avoid moving fruits and smart monsters through the fun filled mazes
  • Munch a Power Pellet to momentarily turn ghosts blue. When ghosts are blue, Ms. Pac-Man can eat them for bonus points.
  • Play all 255 mazes from the original
  • Free trial demo provides players with the first 2 levels of the game.
  • Gamers can track their high scores on the Ms. Pac-Man leaderboards and strive to garner all 12 Achievements

I’d sooner piss razor blades than pay for more of these retro crapfests, hopefully we’ll get Worms next week…

    What Munkeh said…

Does XBLA really need TWO Pac-things on it? I’m holding out for a surprise attack from Worms on Wednesday. If not Wednesday, then definitely next week.

Lame as hell. The Wiis Virtual Console is getting crapfested recently to. Seems like no one likes gamers anymore.

I’m disappointed, it’s nearly identical to Pacman, just a bit better. Nintendo’s service has gotten even worse than Arcade though. Hopefully Worms comes out soon.

TBH, VC has had a few games I’d like, just not at the prices.

im getting really dissapointed with all these retro releases, i got capcom classics reloaded for £14.99 the other day and that had about 12 or more games on it, and none of these cheap ass pac man and ms pac man efforts, were really getting shafted with retro games in the live arcade!
