Yes, Castle Crashers is one of the most anticipated Xbox Live arcade games, but when did you expect to finally be able to play it? Word has come out that Castle Crashers won’t see the light of day until 2008 at the earliest. Most likely stemming from the addition of another 100mb onto the Live Arcade limit, this game goes from near to proverbial distant future.
Apparently this time frame is to allow for more content to be added into the game. Maybe this is one of those times where the game might be helped by downloadable content after the fact, giving way for what the game in-tels now. Either way you look at it, 2008 is a long way off. Lets hope we don’t forget about Castle Crashers.

I rather have downloadable content than waiting a year and paying extra.

I’d like more content and downloadable, but I’d rather not wait.. I WANT IT NOW!

I can wait for this as long as there is a fuller richer game. Maybe they are taking the extra time to cleanse the game of “racist content”… /sarcasm

Maybe the extra time is filling it with as much “racist content” as humanly possible! IMO, it would rock if they somehow manage to insult everyone before the credits finish rolling. I’m a fan of shock value.
