With the release of Ghost Recon: Advanced War Fighter 2 comes the first time a sequel to a game with a significant amount of additional content has be available on the Xbox 360. If you bit the bullet and bought Chapter 2 for GRAW, then you might know what I’m getting at. Of course nothing is stopping me from continuing to play GRAW, but why would I do that when nearly everyone of note has moved on to greener pastures. In any case, if I decide to move on to the latest and greatest, and I haven’t yet, what about that $15 Chapter 2 that I (had to) paid for?
Unlike the typical expansion pack for a PC game, this expansion will be sitting on my hard-drive taking up space. For the most part, it has now been made irrelevant by Ubisoft. Chapter 2 can be deleted and downloaded again, but that’s not really the point.
I’ve had hours upon hours of fun with GRAW, and I’m sure it’ll be the same with GRAW 2. Every where I look on my friends list I see others playing it. Once I decide to finally try to retire Gears of War in Lu of constant cheating by other lame players, I’ll be ready for the good times GRAW 2 has in-store for me, but I can’t help but bet that I’ll feel at least a little bit ripped off after having to shell out for another new game after only a year. I guess that’s how the double edged sword goes. It feels good to swing it around, up until it whacks you back in the face from the otherside.

i know what you mean. I had a bit too much to drink while hanging out with my friends and bought the update, without thinking. The worst part, is that i havent even played GRAW since that day =\
