With Guitar Hero 2 less than a week away, are you prepared to take on any of your friends head to head at your house or online? With it’s originating platform being Playstation 2, have you been able to play the game at all? Best Buy has added a Guitar Hero II™ Explorer Controller and a Guitar Hero II game demo to all of their Kiosks. I’ve had a few chances to play around with it already. It runs very smoothly, especially compared to the PS2 graphics of the last game. The gameplay is slightly different, as is with every new version of a game. I think the sound is better integrated into the scrolling commands but maybe that’s just me. Go ahead and check it out for yourself and get some practice in.
Guitar Hero II™ Xbox 360™ Single Player Bundle (Guitar, game, and free gig bag) $89.99
Guitar Hero II™ Xbox 360™ Multi Player Bundle (2 Guitars, game, and free dual gig bag) $149.98
(Gig bags only free with Pre-Order from RedOctane.com)
Who is planing on my picking it up when it comes out? Who is holding out until the wireless controller comes out? Let us know.

I was on the fence because of the price, but I decided to preorder it through GameznFlix, because with my membership discount, it brought the price down to $77 (with shipping). Can’t wait.

I’m getting this game when the Wireless guitar comes out. If it doesn’t, I’ll pick it up on eBay. I’m very concerned that the DLC will pull a DDR-U move… pumped for the game though!
