This past weekend the Guitar Hero II Xbox 360 launch party was held. Luckily for the rest of us who didn’t get to attend, Allgames Interactive did. Found on the Allgames Radio Community site, quite a few pics from the event have been made available.

Launch parties are a dime a dozen now a days, but they don’t all have IGN’s Jessica Chobot once again showing off her famous tongue gracing itself on the new X-plorer Guitar peripheral.

A contest was held at the launch party as well, where one of the listeners of Allgames Interactive was able to attend with the crew. Unfortunately for the listener, Chris Shima (UkuleleShima), who took the pictures of the event also entered into the contest to only lose after making it to the final 8. The eventual winner of the contest (seen below on the right, with the photographer Chris on the left) turned out to be the same guy Chris lost to. The prize for winning the contest was a copy of Guitar Hero II and a premium Xbox 360.
