On the latest episode of 1up’s World of Warcraft podcast (blogcast, netcast, whatever you want to call it) Legendary Thread, Community Manager Brian Jarrard of Bungie Studios joined the show. To get past all of the WoW talk done on the show until WoW makes an appearance on the Xbox 360( Make it happen Blizzard. We have keyboards to.), Brian briefly talks about the Warcraft influence on the development of Halo 3 on Bungie.
Apparently Bungie has a guild in the game. What server? Who knows, there not telling, but if anyone figures it out please get a party together to repeatedly slaughter them in PvP. Hearing something like this may cause a collective heart attack among all Halo fans world wide. The headline “Halo 3 delayed, because we’re hooked on the Warcrack” could ultimately be the cause of World War 3.
I couldn’t pass up the above image found on Joystiq. Imagine if the beloved Bungie developers turned into that. Ouch!

WoW on 360 would be the death of Halo and Gears of War at the #1 spot. I refuse to play WoW, regardless of how wonderful it is. It’s digital crack and I know I’m prone to addiction. The ONLY way I’ll play it is if it’s on 360 and it’s free to play online. I subscribe to Live; I won’t subscribe to the WoW servers. I think I’m safe (for now)

I’ve seen what WoW has done to people. It’s a plague on mankind. I absolutely cannot afford to turn to the darkside. It’s almost like God is testing me… haha.
