Pre-order Halo 3 and get 1600 MSP for $4.99

Best Buy seems to be having a lot of success when they sell MSP on the cheap with the addition of a pre-order. I’m sure this time will be no different, all you have to do is pre-order Halo 3 which I believe can be done for a minimum of $5, then purchase your 1600 MSP for the low, low price of $4.99. I don’t know if this deal is only online or if they are offering it in store as well but I will head down to Best Buy tomorrow afternoon and see if I can’t pick it up. These deals have been offered in-store in the past and I see no reason why this one would be any different. I’m sure there will be quite a few people capitalizing on this deal in the next couple of days, so hurry out and get your pre-order in asap.

Update: This offer is online only, so whip out that credit card and get those cheap points.

Do you think Best Buy will have a midnight release?

For Halo 3, probably not. If they wouldn’t open early for Halo 2 or the new console release I don’t see why they would for this. Kind of disappointing but I will probably just get it from EBgames or something.

I forget, when you preorder, do they treat your 5 bucks as a deposite that they give back, or do they keep it?
