Well, the numbers are in and Gears of War continues to top the countdown even with the release of the Player’s Pack Rainbow Six: Vegas could not top the giant. Command and Conquer 3 remains strong as people continue to anticipate its release about a week and half from now; I know I can’t wait. Guitar Hero II remains in the top 5 but if Red Octane continues to offer high priced downloads that might not be the case for long. I noticed that Eets: Chowdown is at the lowly rank 9, maybe Thrills review might influence some of you to help it jump a could places in the ranking. I think the biggest surprise to me was 3DUltra Golf Mini Adventures taking the number 6 spot on the big list. I played the demo and was less than impressed but people must see something in it for it to top Oblivion and Crackdown. Other than that you have most of the regulars.

What I want to know from you guys is; Will Gears and Rainbow Six ever be topped? I think it might in the next couple weeks but that’s beside the point. What do you think will be the next hit before Halo that will claim a coveted spot in the top 5 and be able able to keep it for an extended period?
