
Basically we are in for gameplay similar to that in Half-Life 2 with a whole lot of surprises. They have made a lot of interesting changes including the “muscle car” or a souped up version of the previously underpowered buggy from the earlier version. You will be surprised to find many new characters that add a whole new dynamic to the game as well. In accordance with all the new gameplay Valve has also enhanced the source engine making give the game a better overall look and feel. The gameplay is also supposed to be twice as long “as the designers said that their play-tests showed six to eight hours of gameplay, as compared to four to six hours for Episode One.”
They also review aspects of Team Fortress that will keep many players coming back for more because of the originality. After reading the article it’s clear we are in for some fun surprises when picking the game up later this fall.
