In a Wing Commander Arena tournament sponsored by Electronic Arts, several Xbox Community sites (not all actually Xbox specific) had the chance to battle it out last night. WCNews.com, EA Arcade, Kotaku, Game Informer, Xbox 360 Fanboy, Planet Xbox 360, Gamertag Radio, Unscripted 360, Konsole Kingz, Uncle Gamer, Xbox 360 Achievements, 360Monster.com, Achieve360Points.com, Gamer’s Hell, Firing Squad, and Bullz-Eye.com

Prizes:

1st Place:
- Panasonic 50″ 1080p Plasma HDTV
- Bose 3-2-1 GSX Home Theater System
- Xbox 360 Elite
- Xbox 360 Wireless Controller
- Xbox Live Gold Membership
- Wing Commander Arena
- 11,200 Microsoft points

2nd-4th Place:
- Xbox 360 Elite
- Wing Commander Arena
- 11,200 Microsoft points

Of course, things were as frantic they should be as described by Dustin Burg of X3F, but as much fun and great as this was there was one huge problem. No one from this here site was represented. Whats up with that? I myself would have dominated. It’s naturally our destiny here at The Xbox Domain to achieve world domination, and WCA is no different. Even so, great job SuperDunners for the win. I know you play Gears of War religiously, but unluckily for you I do to. I’m not the best of course, but I’m sure the readers of TXD would love a chance at some fantastic prizes as well. See you and the rest of the community next tournament. I hope!
