Crackdown 2 isn’t coming out until probably late 08 or early 09, so what are you going to play for next year during the summer drought, maybe an open world game where you shapeshift to kill people with your overly spike hands complete with emo hoodie.  Radical Entertainment understands open world games… sorta.  They created incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction but most recently the lackluster and generic Scarface.  This game seems very iffy but if they pull it off it could be quite interesting.  Here is the corporate spiel from publisher Sierra.
