“Microsoft is apparently bringing back their promotion in which they give you 2 free XBLA games when you register your newly purchased console. The last time they did this was in December, and they gave the games Joust and Frogger, I believe. I’d say give it a try, the worst that could happen would be to not get anything.”

I capitalized last time they offered this deal to Xbox 360 owners and although it took about 2-3 months to receive my free games I didn’t have to do anything besides send the initial email. I had actually forgotten that I had even registered my Xbox in the first place so the games were quite a welcome surprise. It only takes two minutes and who knows they might be giving away some better games this time around. They also claim you will receive your games before September 30th which is only two months away so what have you got to lose.
