Lawsuits must not be the only thing on Silicon Knights mind.  President of SK, Denis Dyack, announced the release of a demo for Too Human in a fansite message board.  After a lot of bad press and waning support in the community it seems this is what the game needs to get some people interested.

Too Human will be out in 2008. A firm date with tons of new info is coming soon. This will be followed up with a playable demo. The demo will speak for itself.

I have been extremely interested in this game since the issue of EGM featuring it.  Though I have been growing slightly sceptical about it considering all the controversy surrounding it.  It has been in development for over 10 years and has been developed on 3 different platforms each in their own gaming generation.  It has great promise but it seems Silicon Knights and Dyack don’t want to reproduce the bad showing it had at E3 06.
