Youtube user DrealLemLem decided to please a lot of gamers by posting a video of the unboxing of the Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned Downloadable Content. Inside the box is a full map of Liberty City, a 48 hour Trial Card, and the code for the content itself. As of today, you can also download the expansion straight from the Xbox Live Marketplace for 1600 Microsoft Points.
