Back when this generation of console “shenanegry” started in late 2005 we were promised next gen this and next gen that. Well, 3 years and change has past. With the current library available to Xbox 360 owners (regardless to what region of the world you may be), what was that first moment or favorite moment so far that made you realize that we had truly arrived to the “next gen”?
Was it the first look at the horizon as you made it out of the caves for the first time in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion? Was it simply the first time you bought an XBLA game or piece of DLC that lived entirely in the Xbox Live cloud and didn’t require a game discs? Was it even as simple as being able to turn on/off your console from the controller without wires?

Mine has to be climbing the agency tower in Crackdown and jumping off. Nothing has surpassed that yet.

For me it was as simple as trading in my old TV for a 42" LCD. That's when it hit me that I was taking part in the "next-gen" of gaming.

I'm going with the third mission of GRAW 1. When you start to run toward the embassy and it blows up, I was sure at that point that we "had arrived". What a moment!
