It’s been a topic of ever growing interest since the introduction of the Xbox Platform itself. Will there ever be an Xbox Handheld? With the arrival of the Zune the thought of an Xbox handheld was inevitable. “Of course there’s going to be an Xbox Handheld”. Much time has passed with no real inkling of an Xbox portable coming true until now.
Rumor had been circulating of a Zune HD previously (which may or may not of had any gaming capabilities), but now there’s a further possibility of a product called “Zune X”. As seen in the images below, the supposed “Zune X” resembles much of what some may remember to be as the Game Gear from Sega back in the early 1990’s. Whether or not this is the real deal or not is to be seen.
The Electronic Entertainment Expo is a mere 2 weeks away (minus a few hours or so). Will this be apart of the Microsoft Press Briefing being held on June 1st? Maybe. Probably not. Are you convinced? The details in some of the pictures below are just that, detailed. All Microsoft rumors are true, right? Or so it’s often said.

Why?
No seriously, why? The world has enough handhelds. We don't need another one, let alone something with the Zune stigma stuck to it. Oh, and the logo looks like pure ass. Microsoft has enough money to make it look better.

As much as I would like to believe that a ZuneX is coming out, I highly doubt it. The images look really good but might have been photoshopped. Though they can look at their competition for ideas and strategies on how to make the ZuneX number 1 in marketshare, I doubt it is coming. Here is a link to a Gizmodo article on the ZuneX: http://gizmodo.com/5261045/is-microsofts-zunex-re...

These images are fakes. The logo is blatantly well below the level of quality that Microsoft would need to grab the imaginations of the PSP and DS crowd, the big poster is badly photoshopped, and one of the images looks like they just pasted a Braid screengrab onto their 'prototype'. Pointless.

Yes, this is most likely not real. I had hoped that it was apparent by the comparison to a nearly 20 year old handheld. Thing again, I'd personally still like to finally see "Live Anywhere" actually happen fake or not.
