Abbie Heppe, the Editorial Manager from G4’s X-Play gives us some tips on how to survive realism mode in L4D2. She explains a few differences Realism Mode has like zombies must be killed with headshots, the items get highlighted once you get close enough to them, and the players have no outline to tell where they’re at.
