After four years of development, Alan Wake may finally move from the shadows and into stores this coming May of next year. The date has not yet been confirmed by Remedy Entertainment nor Microsoft pleading the fifth once again with “no comment as of yet.” After its first announcement at E3 2005 and its first showing three years later the creators of Max Payne hope to shock and awe players promising a deep storyline and high impact gameplay. Hopefully this time Alan Wake won’t slip into the darkness again, and come out to play.
