EA Sports MMA finally makes its first appearance after its announcement at E3 with a trailer showing a preview match between Fedor Emelianenko vs. Brett Rogers. EA points out the trailer displays the real gaming engine and is not CGI. After the UFC vs EA controversy, MMA hopes to one up the competition with the help of current Madden and Burnout developers Tiburon Studio. The game is being developed through the Fight Night Round 4 engine promising the game will look great, providing a deep impact on player animation. A Create a Fighter mode will probably be available along with the use EA Sports GameFace allowing fighters to create a virtual version of themselves minus the cuts and bruises. The game is rumored to be released sometime next year in 2010. Check back in a few months to see if its a Knockout or will it Submit to UFC’s known domination.
