In celebration of the latest Xbox LIVE Dashboard Update, Major Nelson has announced a free LIVE weekend. Xbox LIVE Silver members will receive a free trial of Gold for the weekend. It’s a great opportunity to try out the new Twitter, Facebook and Last.fm features. Or, you can pop in the game of your choice and start fragging people online. Either way, we all have the chance to play and communicate with each other this weekend.

The free LIVE weekend trial is set to commence tomorrow on November 20th at 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific until November 23rd 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific.
