To kick off the Xbox Live Arcade Block Party promotion, Microsoft brings us Toy Soldiers by Signal Studios. Two things seem to flourish on Xbox Live Arcade: Dual-stick shooters and overhead-view jet fighting games. 0 Day Attack on Earth combines those two concepts to attempt to deliver a winner.
