Spike TV has officially released the winners of its 2006 VGA awards. It seems like Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion took the coveted Game of the Year award along with Best RPG, and Most Addictive Game. Finishing a close second was Gears of War taking home such awards as Best Shooter, Best Graphics, and Best Multi-Player Game. You can see a complete wrap up over at Spike TV’s website. This year has clearly been a good one for the Xbox 360 and it looks like developers are continuing to push the limits of the system looking to make great games everyone can enjoy.
